Being the most reputed institute of India, we have a unique methodology for ensuring Selections which can summed up as A3E3S :-

1. Awareness: We enroll the student after making them aware of the NDA selection process and expected outcome at our institution. We ensure they are made to be ardent readers of NEWS and Current affairs.

2. Attitude: We Develop them as a Better Personality through exposure to various Activities and AV Feedback. Spoken English Classes give them confidence and this ensures that they can face whatever comes their way.

3. Aptitude: We encourage students to use our digital mediums and ensure they are constantly tested ( on paper and online.) This makes them develop the right Aptitude and helps them overcome performance hurdles.

4. Energy: We keep the energy of youth checked and diverted towards positive channels. This ensures there is never a confusion or lack of harmony in their skills. We encourage hobbies and discussions to maintain a spark.

5. Endurance: The routine at DIDA ensures the students are made mentally and physically stronger. Ths makes them perform with a leveled head under challenging situations.

6. Extroversion: Once a student finishes the training at DIDA, he carries with him or her a Personality so well versed in art of Conversation and Presentation that all platforms become cake walk.

7. Service: Our constant endevour to help the student play Social Responsibility of a Citizen develops in them the Spirit of Service i.e. giving the Nation back. This makes them ideal Citizens and full of OLQs further brightening their chances of selections.
